Terms & Conditions

1. Price and currancy
Asia Senses Travel & Tours quote the prices in American dollars, but other prominent currancy such as British pound, Euro are accepted.

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who is parents or legal guardian. In the absence of such persons, written permission from them is required.

• Under 2 years – free of charge.
• From 3 to 12 years – free on overland service, pay the extra beds and meals, 75% on air tickets.
• Above 12 years – adult cost.

2. Email exchange
All reservations should be made in writing method/documents via email exchange.
We guarantee responding any requests you make within 24 hours.

3. Payment methods
Upon you confirm your booking(s) with us, we will require you to make deposit(s) of 20% of the tour cost. The rest will be settled upon your arrival.

Payment methods preferred include: Credit cards, bank transfer, in cash or Western Union. All bank service charges are subject to being handled by your side. Normally, it is an additional charge of 3,85% for Visa and Master Card and 4% for American Express.

4. Cancellation
Cancellation fees of booking are not levied for us but for all local suppliers as hotel, carrier and other contractors. In these cases, the client shall be liable to pay those fees to Asia Senses Travel & Tours.  The cancellation will be charged as follow:

• More than 45 days before arrival: No charge.
• 45 – 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total cost.
• 29 – 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost.
• 14 – 07 days before arrival: 75% of the total cost.
• Fewer than 07 days: 100% of the total cost.

Asia Senses Travel & Tours reserves the rights to cancel a trip at any time with prior notice before departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary.

5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain travel and health insurance before taking any of our tours. Insurance is not included in our tour cost.

Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of US $200,000 for each of the categories of cover. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects.

6. Responsibility & Liability
We shall not be held responsible for the loss of property or additional expenses sustained by customers due to unforeseen disasters such as earthquake, flood, typhoon, fire, disease, adverse weather, etc. or the act of governments or other authorities such as war, strikes, political chaos, riots, quarantine, customs regulations, delays or changes in itineraries or schedules by those out of our control.

In addition, we will not be responsible for any injury, loss, death, delay or damage to personal property that is not related to our services such as airlines delay. Our’s maximum liability, for any reason, will be limited to the amount paid to us for the requested services.

We will not be held responsible for loss, death, physical harm caused to or any expenses incurred by passengers if they deviate from our original tour itinerary or group.
