Notre Dame Cathedral is an important cathedral of Saigon diocese and the pride of the city dwellers. In particular, the 30/4 park around is a favorite place of entertainment in Saigon at night.

2. Cu Chi tunnel
Being an ancient city experiencing many historical ups and downs, Sai Gon still remains many shreds of evidence of Viet Nam wars. One of that evidence is Cu Chi tunnels. Far from Ho Chi Minh City about 70km to the northwest, Cu Chi tunnels will take you back in time to know how the soldiers took rescue during the times of war. You will have a chance to see different entrances and hideouts, booby traps which was set to kill the American soldiers, climb an old tank or even crawl through few dozens of meters of the tunnels. The tunnels have many floors with a total length of over 200 km. Cu Chi tunnels are divided into 2 parts, one is called Ben Duoc and another is Ben Dinh. The Ben Duoc site contains part of the original tunnel system, while the Ben Dinh site, which is closer to Saigon, has been reconstructed with some tunnels has been broadened to accommodate tourists.

3. Suoi Tien
If you feel tired as walking too much in Cu Chi tunnels, let’s move on Suoi Tien tourist area. Suoi Tien Cultural Tourism Area is located at the gateway of Northeastern Saigon, which is about 19km from the city center.
