At Asia Senses Travel we’re adventurers at heart. Our journeys are all about discovering new places and cultures while creating unforgettable memories through physical activity and breathtaking scenery.
Chin National Day (20th February): A day of celebrating the culture, traditions, history and language of the Chin people. Festivities such as traditional dances involving bamboo poles can be observed. This festival is also seen in Teddim.
Shit-Thaung Pagoda Festival - Mrauk U (May): An eight day festival held at the pagoda, featuring boat racing, traditional wrestling and water splashing in Mrauk U's canal on the full moon day.
Our itineraries will give you suggestions for what is possible when you travel in Mrauk U, and they showcase routes we know work particularly well. Treat them as inspiration, because your trip will be created uniquely by one of our specialists. Alternatively, if you would like to include a visit to Mrauk U on a bespoke touring itinerary to Myanmar, do not hesitate to contact us.
