During the tour, we make a stop at a local cashew nut shop which is owned and run by a local family. Here, learn about the process of making cashew nut products. We also learn about traditional Myanmar medicine from a traditional doctor.

Before sunset, we will take a drive (app 30 minutes) to Maung Magan Beach, a popular beach amongst locals. You can play the sports with locals or seat in a beachside restaurant while enjoying the beautiful view of Andaman sea.

After that, we return to Dawei. Overnight in Dawei
Start our tour with a visit to a local fishing village where the fishing industry is main income source of villagers. The fish is daily catch to produce dry fish and fish fermented paste, one of main ingredient of Southern Myanmar cuisine. Along the way, there will be stops at rice paddies, rubber or cashew nut plantations (seasonal). You guide will explain the steps to make the final products from these raw material.

After that, we will take a 30 minute drive down dirt roads, pass through mangrove forests to a small village. From the village, take a 15 minute walk to Sin Htauk Beach, one of the best beaches in the region with fine white sands and azure waters. You are free to swim in the sea and relax in the tree’s shade.

Note: The itinerary could be changed because of the high tide.

Enjoy your lunch on the beach with picnic lunch, fresh seasonal fruits and snacks.

After the interesting vacation at the Sin Htauk Beach, we drive down the Dawei Peninsula to Paradise Beach, one of best beaches in Dawei.
