On arrival at Kolkata Airport/Railway station, our Asia Sense representative will welcome and provide you a transfer to your hotel for check in. The remain of day is free at leisure.

Overnight in Kolkata.
After breakfast, your guide and driver will come to pick up and take you visit this vibrant city. Our sightseeing tour will cover all the highlights of Kolkata like High Court Building, Calcutta Catholic Church, Vidyasagar Setu, National Museum, Victoria Memorial, Kali Mandir, etc.

During the tour, we also visit the famous Howrah Bridge, also known as the Rabindra Setu. It is currently the sixth-longest bridge of its type in the world and remains busy almost throughout the day. Built over the sacred Ganges, the river looks beautiful from the bridge.

Thereafter, return back to the hotel. Overnight in Kolkata.

Breakfast
Wake up early in the morning to start our full day excursion tour to Gangasagar, an Island located in the confluence of River Ganges and Bay of Bengal Sea near Sundarbans. As Gangasagar can not be reached by surface directly, we will reach the main land of Gangasagar by crossing Muriganga river. It will take 3 to 4 hours to reach.

Upon arrival in Gangasagar, we will visit Kapil Muni temple, dedicated to Hindu sage Kapil Muni. It is one of the most visited pilgrimage sites in this Island. All the earlier temples were ravaged by natural calamities. However, in 1973, the construction of the present temple was completed with state government's assistance.

We also visit other destinations like The Bharat Sevashram Sangha Temple, the renowned Omkarnath Temple and the Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, a branch of Ramakrishna Mission, with Headquarters is at Belur Math, in Howrah district. The Ashram has been unconditionally serving to the poor and the needy in the remotest rural areas for over 70 years.

Later return back to the hotel in Kolkata for an overnight stay.

In the morning, you will be transferred to Hoogoli River pier to embark on a river boat to visit Dakhineshwar Temple & Belurmath. Dakshineswar Kali temple is one of the holiest places of Eastern India. It is one of the must visit places in Kolkata. The construction of this fabulous temple was initiated in the year 1847 and completed in 1855. Located on the right bank of River Hoogly, Belurmath is the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Math and Mission, founded by Swami Vivekananda, the chief disciple of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. This temple is one of the architectural wonders of India that represents the idea of Universal Faith.

We also visit the popular Jain Temple, Mother Teresa's House to view her tomb and then to Nirmal Hriday (formerly Mother Teresa's Kalighat Home for the Dying Destitutes). It is this place where Mother Teresa lived with her sisters to serve people.

The rest of afternoon is free for shopping by your own. Overnight in Kolkata.
In the morning after breakfast, we will board the train to Shantiniketan, a small town which was founded in 1901 by Noble Laureate Shri Rabindra Nath Tagore who visualizes a perfect harmony of humanity with nature. Upon arrival, get transfer to your hotel for.

After lunch, we will visit the Santal villages where you will have a chance to better understand about the rich culture and traditions of Santal people.

The rest of day is free at leisure. Overnight in Shantiniketan.
After breakfast, we will start our sightseeing tour to explore Shantiniketan and surrounding areas. Our tour includes all highlights of Shantiniketan such as: Tagore's Ashrama, Uttarayan Rabindra Museum, Deer Park Lake, Amar Kuthi showroom where you can by quality handicrafts, souvenirs for your friend and family.

Thereafter, we will board the train to Kolkata. On arrival, check in at the hotel for relaxation.

Overnight in Kolkata.
Today, we will departure from Kolkata to Sunderban, one of the largest Littoral Mangrove belts in the world. It spans from the Hooghly River in India's state of West Bengal to the Baleswar River in Bangladesh. It comprises closed and open mangrove forests, agriculturally used land, mudflats and barren land, and is intersected by multiple tidal streams and channels.

Upon arrival in Sunderban, we will take full day excursion inside the forest to search the world famous Royal Bengal tiger & crocodile. During the excursion, you will have chance to witness many exotic birds and plants, there are varieties of them in this area. Lunch is served on board and late in the evening you return to the resort after watch the beautiful view of the setting sun.

Overnight in Sunderban.
This day, we will take an onward journey to Dobanki Forest Reserve, various islands and creeks. Our boat will ride through creeks, dense forest, rivers before reaching Dobanki Watch Tower. From the tower, we will walk on the canopy walk which leads inside the forest. You will experience the life of wild animals, while walking around the forest. We also visit the spotted Deer Rehabilitation centre. Thereafter, we will cruise through Matla – Sea face (the point from where the Bay of Bengal can be seen), then cruising back the 5 river junction to Pitchkhali. Have your lunch at the resort.

In the afternoon, we will promenade around the neighboring villages to interact with the local community at a typical Sunderban settlement. Discover their local art, culture and experience their way of life. Enjoy an overnight stay at the resort in Sundarban.
Checkout from the resort and be transferred back to Kolkata again with the unforgettable experience. After reaching Kolkata, your driver will provide you a transfer to Kolkata Airport/ Railway Station for onward journey. Our services end here.
